"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"So beautiful views and very calm. Love the room decoration and facility. Specially outdoor pool and jacuzzi, have fantastic views upfront of beaches.
