"Our room was not cleaned on day two and three of our stay. The person on the front desk it had been partially cleaned, it hadn’t ! She said someone would be along to finish in about 15 minutes, no one arrived. Consequently we left the hotel a day earlier than planned and paid for. Very unhappy."
