"I loved the availability of the bar and food at night and breakfast in the am. I was at the end of my trip and wasn’t enthusiastic about walking around Glasgow looking for places to eat after a tiring day of travel. The place is also quite convenient to the central train/bus stations and access to the airport."
"The refrigerator in the rooms don’t work. This was confirmed by the maintenance workers. He told us and other guests that the refrigerators are not ventilated properly. The front desk takes responsibility for nothing. We would ask for directions and they sent us the wrong way every single time. At one time they turned what should have been a 10 minute walk into a 70 minute walk. The T.V. Remote went missing in my room. When I asked for another remote, I was told that was not their problem.
The staff was of no help in any way."
"Excellent Centre City Location. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff in arranging rides to airport and local directions. Spacious rooms as opposed to our cramped Edinburgh hotel with table , two chairs and king size bed."
