Staff was especially nice and helpful!! Room was clean and loved the bath tub! Breakfast was great. Very basic accommodation but if you are only sleeping there and don't need anything fancy, then this is perfect. Also literally only a few steps to the train.

The hotel is in the middle of a construction area when I was there. But it was not a messy neighbourhood -- just a couple blocks to all the stores. It is right beside the Chairing Cross station which was very convenient for the trains. The first floor room I first received was very basic. The 11th floor room I stayed at later was very good. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Monika )I believe her name) was very, very good!

Staff friendly, hotel has immigrant people in and out, hanging out side reception , demolishing buildings at the side we stayed at started 7.30 am every morning of or stay ,so no rest ,won’t be back which is a shame as we visit Glasgow a lot
