“A large room, with lovely shower room. Very clean, beautiful location in Castletown and perfect base to visit the Isle of Man. Ample parking. We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. Breakfast was incredible with a continental option or a cooked breakfast menu including eggs benedict, kippers and lots of other options. We also had a lovely dinner here, a nice pub menu. I recommend this hotel for good value for money.”

“A very comfortable hotel. The impressive foyer and classy piano bar reminded me of a cruise liner. The whole of the hotel looks to have been recently repainted and all is very clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Ps. “Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In unserem Bad ließ sich leider die Heizung nicht abstellen, deshalb mussten wir oft das Fenster öffnen und uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen gefehlt. Wir haben uns einen zweiten Stuhl bei der Rezeption bestellt und auch bekommen. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Service zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”

“Nice breakfast 😋 polite staff . Carpets need modernising in room . Shower needs redoing and tv 📺 needed fixing before letting out the room . Hair dryer towels and bathroom amenities all good 👍 Kettle tea coffee bottled water and biscuits all good 👍 would have been more pleasant if staff was available more and the bar was manned in the evenings .”
