โExcellent youth hostel with really friendly staff - Thomas and Freya were brilliant! Great amenities: Comfortable rooms and really clean showers and toilets. Nice cosy lounge, Great kitchen and dining area. Laundry facilities (ยฃ5) and great drying room. Snacks and drinks for sale. Parking and a few seating areas outside. Stunning location. Pub about 20 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay there again!โ
โBeautiful location, great view, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast - great food for both meals. The bar was a very cool place to spend the evening!

โthe view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause...
โThe glamping pods were beautiful and decently sized. The comunal toilet and shower area was kept clean and tidy. Over all it was a lovely experience. Only concern was that my 4 year old had to be restrained at all times either inside the pod, in pushchairs or in reigns as the edge of the land at entry to our pod was a steep slope, ideally this could be fenced off. When we first arrived, as a family, i mentioned to my mum that this place would be a lovely romantic getaway for a weekend however...

La location รจ stupenda , bellissima vista e la struttura รจ moderna e con un bellissimo design.

โLike the boutique hotels popular in New York now. Stylish, very clean, smallish rooms in a good location. Nice hotel for the price. Staff all very upbeat and nice.โ
โUpon arrival nicely greeted and checked in.Excellent Staff they deserve a pay rise. The room was nicely prepared and presented, great housekeeping staff. Barman was excellent at his job .The dining room staff were also extremely helpful and professional. The hotel needs a little Investment into itsome aspects are tired upgrade doors and locks to a card system would be good. Breakfast is superb highly recommend it.
A very enjoyable few days in a beautiful setting.

โVery nice rooms and service was phenominal. It was warm westher wise and the heat was in in the comnon rooms and hallways. So it was very warm inside the castle and in our rooms, that was really my biggest complaint.โ
โWe are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods.
The place is relaxing and best sunset as well! โ
