"The clerk at the desk did not know how to run our payment and had me calling my bank for nothing. About a half hour later a general manager came out and finally asked how she tried the payment. He finally tried my payment and it went through. She had no knowledge on how to run my payment. The staff have no customer skills and are not friendly at all."

"This was a nice place to stay. Was on a multi day motorcycle trip and needed a place to sleep and shower, and this place did that. It is nothing spectacular, but was a clean room, had a comfortable bed, clean sheets, hot water, and working A/C. They do have a washer and dryer for use, as well as an ice machine. Internet is fast enough to do e-mails, basic internet, and even watch youtube videos. Staff is super nice and very pleasant to deal with. Parking lot is a dirt lot, and hotel is right by the train tracks, but only heard 1 train early in the night. No close place to eat, but that is the town itself, no fault of the hotel. Not a lot of choices in the area of where to stay, and I would stay here and recommend others as well."
