“A 5 minute walk to the shops! Quaint, Adorable place to lay your head for the night. We stayed in the twin bed room/suite, and it was perfect for us! Super comfortable beds, super clean place with nice furnishings. It was also quiet and we both slept like babies.”

“Well, the room was nice. The problem was it was on the third floor of a house that was 2 full blocks away from the Salem Inn. I'm a fairly in shape 72 year old, but I had to roll my 35 pound suitcase those 2 blocks, which was fine. What wasn't fine, I was on the 3rd floor. Had to drag my suitcase up 2 long staircases to get to my room. No elevator, and no staff to help. It would have been nice to have known that before booking this hotel. I know it is old time Salem, but a heads up would have...

“Everything was lovely. Great owners. Be aware that Salem does not allow for inns to cook full breakfasts for guests. If you are allergic to or sensitive to cats, be aware that the owners have several cats.”
