“It was great. Wonderful view with a terrific restaurant!!”

“Good Location, very quiet, nice view! Wonderful staying in St Ives beachfront”

“Stay AWAY! This pub/inn is not fit for purpose and the manager will lie for his own gain bar staff very politely but some of the clientele (undesirable). Kitchen was closed chief had walked out. We walked in and never stayed in our room as it was clear it was not clean we complained asked for manager he never came we left he lied about us not a place I will ever visit again Expedia got in contact with him he lied again so he was paid we are out of pocket but at least we never had to spend more...

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. “Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel itself is very dated, desperate need of a revamp. Breakfast was good.”

“Property excellent and as described”

“Was little disappointed about shower water keep coming outside underneath glass, it would be ideal if you keep the sofa a little bit clean, there was only 1 toilet roll also cloth airer was hidden underneath bed we noticed that day we are leaving the property.”

“Great place and as advertised with high end fixtures and fittings. Train really easy to St Ives. All parking tight in the area. Coffee shop at the top is lovely and nice to go to Carbis Estate for a cocktail 4-6pm (2 for £20). Would recommend ”

“Very clean and really comfy beds, was absolutely ideal for my elderly auntie with it being all on one level. The restaurant on the beach is a must . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

“Het was een heerlijk appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Er waren de nodige lampen kapot maar we hadden daar geen last van. De eerste dag was alles in de masterbedroom klam (vloer, bed, wc-papier, enz) de volgende dag niet meer.”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully organised, comfortable, and in the perfect location, making our trip even more special. Everything we needed was provided and all the facilities were in excellent condition. You can really see the care and attention that has gone into every detail. Without a doubt, this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, especially for its cleanliness, organisation, comfort, and fantastic...
