โThe Roten Bรคren hotel was perfectly situated in the old city of Freiburg! Decent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Considered the oldest Inn in Germany. A little bit of a challenge to get to it since itโs in the pedestrian zone but managed.โ
โEven though I only had a small room with a small bed, and that's what I wanted, it was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. I could really tell that the staff understands travelers and what they are looking for when they check in exhausted after long train rides or flights. It was a convenient ride from the HBF, not quite in the main business district, so not as noisy even though I was right on a main street.
