"The hotel was really nice and in the perfect location. The staff were super friendly on arrival and helped us out of the taxi with bags and showed us to the reception. The hotel atrium is very grand, the inside reminded me of a cruise ship. There was a fountain, large seating area and glass lifts. It was really plush and a nice welcome. The room was large and nice. It had a little corridor and then the room had a nice bathroom with shower cubicle and separate bath. The bed was big and comfy and the maids were amazing. We left them a nice bit of feedback on how well they cleaned the room and they gave us more complimentary water the next time. The sheets were clean and the room had everything we needed, from iron, safe to fridge and TV. If I was being really picky I would say that the view isn't good, but we were barely in the room so this was not an issue at all. The artwork in the room was also really nice and an insight to the city. 10/10, I would stay here again."

"The location is a 10, but we were put in a room on the west wing that was 10 x 10. The bed touched the desk chair and we had to get it removed to move around the room. The bed was a hard boxspring. We asked for an expedia upgrade as we were too tired the late night before. They said they were not affiliated. They did move us and that room was lovely. The pool was closed for renovations, which was a disappointment and why we chose this hotel. Desk staff were grumpy on arrival. Won't go back. But great location"

"All the staff were excellent, great customer services and the rooms were really clean. The breakfast was something we looked forward to to start our day. Especially thank you to Will, he helped us organized a tour/trip last minute. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly."
