"As usual, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at M Social Hotel New York Times Square. This was my fifth experience with the hotel, and my only request every time is a room with a view of Times Square. Of course, my request was respected all five times! For the first time ever, I was given my room key immediately at 11:30am (the check-in time is 4:00pm), and I greatly appreciated it. The staff at the front desk is amazing, especially the concierge who booked my airport transfer. The room was spotless. It has a small fridge that some hotels do not have. The room did not have a coffee maker though, but there was a note indicating that one could always make a request for the appliance. I will not hesitate to book another stay at this fine establishment in the very near future (May 2026)."
