“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

The property is well maintained. Everything was just about perfect until check out, we had messaged the hotel and let them know we planned to use one of the lockers as check-out is 10 and our flight wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted to ensure we would be able to access the lobby still, we were told...
