“This hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was noise coming from the airport next door. There was a fire in the Pendleton area so the fire helicopters were flying in and out of the airport frequently from early morning until sunset. Also, they were re-paving the airport parking lot which resulted in more noise. This isn't the fault of the hotel but thought it was important to mention possible noise from the airport...

“There was a kiosk to check in a night. A foreigner from another country was the concierge through the kiosk. It was extremely hard to understand her. I had a reservation and she told said that she couldn’t find it, then later she told me she did. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom only bar soap, there was not breakfasts offer, even though the amenities said breakfasts. The only good thing about this Motel was that it was very clean. That’s all.”

“This motel is in need of some updates but the view of the mountains and beautiful maintained property made us overlook the aging building. The pool is awesome. Thank you for a great stay oh and the bed and pillows were perfect.”

“The late night staff could not book a reservation properly and took forty minutes to check us in after charging us twice. We didn't get to our room until 1am and woke late so we missed breakfast. When trying to resolve the issue in the morning no one was around and the manager was gone so we are forced to go to our credit cards for fixing the staff mistake. Taking a black light to the room we found the typical spots missed like the wall behind the toilet and the carpet in front of the fridge but...

“First of all, it was clean and felt safe. No regrets there. I was traveling with a friend to a convention at the Pendleton Convention Center which requires us to wear formal dresses. The only problem we encountered which is unique to our dress code requirements was there was not a closet in a room with 2 beds, so nowhere to hang our dress bags or dresses up. We had to do that in the shower which is not ideal especially when you want to take a shower. I suggested to the front desk they put...

“Did not like. Unclean, no place for animals to go to the bathroom. Had to swiffer our own floor 5 times. Gap around door for bugs and dirt to come in. 1 wash rag for two people. Looked like a room for the homeless to stay in. The only thing clean was the bed.”

“I take my kids on vacation to Pendleton every year I grew up here and still come see family. This has been the go too spot for the last 2 years because the level of customer service is top tier but also because I’m traveling with 3 kiddos and this hotel has family rooms so everyone gets their own bed and breakfast is included. The only thing I wish was that the pool was heated otherwise I haven’t found a negative yet.”
