"I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again."

"After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that."

At this stage it cud do with a fan if not air conditioning.and my god pay for tv on an old type tv..why not include it in the price..bungalwos 1 to 40 are by the road..we were in 5 and the noise was non stop..will be the last time we stay here having stayed 6 times..last time it was road works thru the night which complex had no control over..."

"If you are able to pick another hotel during your stay at Canary Island, I would do so. It is _not_ safe for a stay and certainly not with children. Walls are showing great water damage and have pieces of wall filler and dust falling off everywhere. I am not kidding when I say this was in every room and every wall of our bungalow. What about having electricity socket not being attached to the wall with live electricity still going through it? This was brought up to the hotel and the customer...
