This is cheap motel, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was pretty quiet at night. It is a place to sleep that is centrally located and costs less than most other hotels.

Looks can be deceiving, this place may look rough around the edges from the outside but for the best price and location in town this was exactly what I’m looking for and why I will highly consider it again when I come back to Flagstaff because it’s affordable and newly renovated

We went to the L-Motel for one night, we where a big family and we rent 2 rooms with 3 beds each. The rooms where clean, we found some blanquettes with some stains but nothing terrible, I was concern about the A/C in one of our rooms because its positioned inside the master room in I was concern that it was no enough to cool down the whole room, we ask for a fan but they didn't have, the attendant was kind and he told me that the A/C is going to cool down the room, and he was right. There was a few people smoking in front of they're rooms that worried us a little but for a low cost motel was expected.

Have stayed here before many times and will stay again. It is small, seems safe, has a great location though traffic can sometimes be an issue. Rooms are not bad. outside is dirty looking but, it is a decent basic place to stay in Flag. recomended esp if on the budget.
