โHere is just for winter ski, not good in summer. It is on the peak of a mountain so there is nothing around here. It's too far from Teton national park so that it takes one and half hour. Do not believe the distance on the expedia. It is just the straight distance between this lodge and Teton national park on the map. In fact, you gotta drive long way to get there.โ
โSuch a unique place to stay. Our dome (#9) was perfect for my husband and I traveling with our 13th year old grandson for his birthday trip. The dome was very clean and well appointed with a beautiful view of the Grand Tetons. Itโs easy to give a great rating when everything goes well. But the real judge of customer service is when things donโt go as planned. During our stay there was a torrential thunderstorm! Unfortunately there was a leak โ
โThe service and amenities at the caldera house surpassed all my expectations! I highly recommend the Caldera House to anyone visiting Jackson Hole! โ
โDiscovered and Booked reservation day before. Arrived a little before 8PM nNday of stay. Staff checked us in with little fanfare. Explained everything about the place and where to get everything we needed for a comfortable evening. We wished we had more time to stay and take it full advantage of the place. We woke up and seeing horseback rides being done around the place. We left around 9AM so we could get to our next destination on a much longer trip. This may be a longer stay next trip. โ
โThe standard cabin was fine. Only stayed the one night between visits to Gran Teton and Yellowstone. Perfect location, 10 mins we were in Yellowstone.Nice quiet grounds Rustic cabins on the outside but like a nice hotel room inside. Food at restaurant was noting great but OK. Good gift shop and well-stocked snacks for the road trip. Wish I booked earlier to get a better rate but happy with our stay and would recomend โ
