โWe had every intention of using the pool but when we checked it out the strong smell of chlorine was too much. Almost hard to breathe in there. Everything else was great.โ
โWonderful property, as you get treated like family.
Checking in was a wonderful process, with great ease.
I had a very nice room, with wonderful featues of large wood beams, and detailed architecture from the buildings past.
The easy access to a taproom and breakfast spot are wonderful as well.
The room was beyond expectation.
If you want a peaceful sleep, I recommend getting a room far away from the taproom.
Also note, that some rooms face the alley way and dont have the best viewโ
โOur experience at this inn was absolutely phenomenalโtruly deserving of more than 5 stars! From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless and fast. We had booked two rooms for our family trip from San Diego to explore Vancouver and the surrounding nature, and the owner went above and beyond to place us in conveniently located rooms with beautiful mountain and nature viewsโperfect for sightseeing and even a few photoshoots!
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with...
โIt's an older hotel with orginal cinderblock walls, that has been very nicely renovated as best as possible. Wood ceilings have been cleaned up and well stained. Nice big beds and good sized refrigerators and stoves. Parking is easy and right outside your door.
The downside is noise carries between rooms, as we heard the next door guests easily a few times, but most folks are peaceful.
It's in downtown Blaine, so a nice walk all around.
A great few restaurants around, a grocery store,...
โStayed here when we moved our kiddo into WWU. One of the better business-style hotels we've stayed at. Clean, fresh, updated, and friendly. Bar in the lobby if you need it. Quick drive to campus, Costco, restaurants. The breakfast was actually pretty good.โ
