Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom.

Mixed Experience – Great Location but Hygiene Needs Improve
The hotel is very well located, which made getting around quite convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated.
However, the overall hygiene standards, particularly in the toilet, were below expectations. Additionally, the carpets in the reception area and corridors were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience.
With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be a much better place to stay

The only problem I had was that drawing the curtains in my room was very challenging as the rings on the curtain pole didn’t glide smoothly and you had to wrench the curtain closed and open. Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot.
