โThis is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.

My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. โLiked that it had EV charging. Very peaceful and owners were very welcoming and friendly. Delicious scrambled eggs in the morning made by Cliff using eggs from their chickens. comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean with nice touches such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel and chocolate wafers with the tea/coffee making facilities. excellant value
