The Grand America Hotel

"There wasn’t really any amenities. There is no makeup wipe, or Q-tips, coffee maker, there’s literally nothing in the room. The room was beautiful, but lack of stuff stuff in there and the first part was you to pay $25 just to park there after you pay your high nightly rate. We’ve been going for almost 25 years since we had ore anniversary there. The parking was free and it seemed it had less stuff in the room."

"Had a much better stay this year. The property was clean and the place was alive and busy on the weekend. The room was above average and clean. Check in was fast through the automated system. Caesars even tried to give me a free night add on. First time ever, anyplace."
