"The personal service provided by the staff at 41 was exceptional, we took advantage of every dining experience at the hotel; the pub, afternoon tea, the Curry Room, room service, and of course the Executive Lounge I spent hours using as a personal retreat in the morning and evenings, my wife taking advantage of the late night snacks, ice, and ice cream. The location is so perfect, in 3 minutes walking, you can reach Buckingham Palace, the Victoria Palace Theatre, Victoria Station, Belgravia,...

"Very nice and well managed hotel in a good location. We booked a double room and were surprised to have a room with a very narrow double bed: too small for 2 people. We had to pay GBP50 per night (a discounted rate we were told) to upgrade to a room with a queen size bed and were not offered a free upgrade."
