"The hotel and staff were amazing!! The only complaints I have are the pillows are awful, they are so lumpy, they need replacing. They also need to have glasses and Kleenex in the bathroom, other than the pillows those two are minor."

"The hotel was was excellent, room was clean the view of the falls from the 21 floor was amazing. The hotel also allowed us to take our e-bikes to our room for safe keeping that was definitely a bonus. Overall stay 5 star"

"We loved the historic aspects of the hotel. It takes up an entire city block and is packed with so much history celebrating nearly 100 years in business. However that comes with the downside of lower ceilings, older rooms, etc. the room was small but very clean and reasonable, I just prefer something more spacious than a bed 3ft from the bathroom. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and had a ton of amenities and was walkable to all of Chicago’s touristy spots which was a plus. Nina told us a bunch of fun fact and offered us water (please take it… it’s $9 a bottle at the store downstairs). Would definitely tell friends and family to stay here."

"Its been some time since we last stayed at Cambridge Suites. Our experience at that time was excellent. This time however, we returned to a Hotel that had lost its lustre. The Staff were friendly enough and answered any concerns we had. Our suite was clean & tidy. The physical space could really use an update though. The carpet looks dingy and the furnishings are tired. Our matress was uncomfortable (pillows were great) and our headboard had a tear in it. The bathroom needs updating as well. Are low profile toilets even a thing anymore? The tub shower had no hand rails. Great location,m & on sight parking. We did not use any of the Hotel's amenities."
