“The staff at the Pendry are top notch. We arrived early and just wanted to drop our bags off, but the staff was able to check us in several hours early. Upon learning it was my birthday, the bell hop brought me a glass of wine from the bar and later, the staff sent up a bottle of prosecco and birthday cupcakes. Our room ”

“직원들은 모두 친절 하였으며 호텔 청결 상태는 매우 좋았습니다. 다운타운에서 멀지 않아 이동하기 좋았고 주차는 발렛 또는 주변 유로 추자창을 이용하면 됩니다. 실내 인테리어는 모던해서 좋았습니다.”

“시카고 번화가에 넓고 깨끗한 호텔이었습니다. 달리기 하기도 좋고 리버워크 미시간호 접근도 아주 좋았어요 ^^ ”

“We didn’t get the room we thought we booked. Very disappointing. The staff was nice but said this happens a lot because third party reservations. We DO NOT like booking through any place but directly through the hotel. Customer service has definitely changed over the years. We used to like Marriott but because of this we try and book at smaller hotels who answers their phones and makes their own reservations.”
