“Cute set of converted old school rooms just set off the main road between Port Fairy and Warrnambool, tucked just far enough away to not hear the road noise, but close enough to make it easy. We stayed in Cabin 6, which was situated away from the others, it was also the accessible cabin, which mean plenty of space and easy access in and out. “This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
