“The first room we were given seemed to have working A/C on the crazy hot day of arrival but soon it became obvious that it was just the fan running in the 2nd unit. So I requested assistance and that resulted in getting a new room, but on the third floor. “The Big Texan Steakhouse is a top notch restaurant. The hotel, not so much! The only thing good about the hotel is it's location next to the restaurant. If you aren't eating at the restaurant you would be better off staying somewhere else. This hotel is 2 stars at best and that's being nice.”
