"The breakfast lady was awesome and did a great job. Checkin was great as well. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the water down and I called the front desk. 2 hours later we still hadn’t seen maintenance. I went to front desk and asked about our toilet being fixed, the lady said she didn’t think it was urgent. I said a toilet was important and we had to use the one in the lobby. Very unprofessional. About 5 minutes later, the plumber came in and had us working in about 2 minutes."

"Always a great choice to stay in Brooks. Close to the highway, pool and hot tub are always in good shape and open, front desk staff are always friendly and the breakfast area is clean and always offers hot breakfast along with an assortment of cold options."

"First impression was just ok. Check in was quick & friendly. The room decor was dated, but I had a comfortable nights rest - even over slept. The complimentary breakfast was great. The variety of food was great with real bacon, cold & hot cereal, waffles, potatoes, green chili, scrambled eggs & much more. "
