“Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. The rooms have always clean and well stocked. Breakfast is very well staffed and keeps the offerings well stocked. The amount of choices is excellent.”
