“As I filled in the check in form online before arrival, the whole process took literally a couple of seconds. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. We had a set menu dinner at The Terrace hotel restaurant - very reasonable price and top quality food, we had all three courses. Good selection of wine also. Next morning we had breakfast- again, plenty of choice and service ”

“I arrived at the Horse and Groom at about four thirty and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me with the registration form then handed me the key to room seventeen. The room was spotless and time and effort had obviously gone into making guests welcome, there being a beautiful sculpture of swans somehow contrived with massive fluffy towels.
