"Excellent location and comfortable size room but a very hot room with no air conditioning. The fan helped get the cool night air in but the noise is horrendous. Around 3:30 am the trucks arrive to offload cargo. The street sweepers also come and the glass recycling is loud. Very difficult to sleep. The mattress was hard."

"well located hotel, close to station and metro/tram stops. the hotel is clean, though slightly tired in places, but to no significant effect. the staff are all friendly and helpful. breakfast is good, though the mini baguette should be ditched. I'd rather have slices of full sized baguette."

"This is a conveniently located and beautiful hotel. The restaurant served excellent food and the staff were all helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and amenities were excellent. We would certainly stay here again."

"We loved the historic nature of the hotel with its 200 year old stone steps. The rooms were spacious and the furniture comfortable, though dated. Breakfast offerings were varied, though they need a way to keep the eggs warmer."
