"It was clean, about five minutes driving to Pearl Street, the staff were amazing, the bar doesn’t open late however, it was fine. The hotel is a little worn but they keep it very clean. Oh! I loved the swinging chairs in the lobby. "

"The constant fan in room started to squeak. and I requested a solution, but nothing was done and no one checked or asked if their “solution” satisfied the issue. Either they didn’t address it or didnt fix it, or ignored it, but no solution and it squeaked all night for two nights- (could not turn off the fan)"

"I booked a two-room, two-night stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and that there were no rooms available for my party. This was especially frustrating after coming off a delayed flight. Despite having prepaid in full, the hotel failed to honor the reservation or provide any reasonable solution. When I explained the situation and that the flight delay was completely out of my control, the staff was unhelpful and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a full refund for services they did not provide. Being left without accommodations after a long and exhausting travel day is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Hi, our stay was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The hotel was very pet friendly and the staff was amazing. They had everything stated in our reservation with great hours for the buffet and check in and out times. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to."
