I’m used to Days Inn’s we have stayed in before being very clean, very updated and comfortable and they look exactly like the ones on the website. This one did not. This one is in shabby condition. It felt like we were staying in a cheap motel. There was not much available for breakfast and the breakfast area was very crowded. The was nice, but when we asked for extra towels, it seemed like we were making an inconvenience for them.

Room and Hotel was clean. Remote for TV did not work all the time, went to front desk. The desk did not have anyone working at deck most of the time. I would give the Hotel a B rating.

Great visit

Wonderful stay. The room was very clean. Public areas were also very clean including the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and are always very willing to help. We always enjoy our yearly visit here.

Room was clean. Property is pleasant to look at. Attendant was courteous. (You probably will have to call them to come when you arrive though. And it may be a few minutes. If you have been traveling all day and just want to get in the room quick, this may be a bit of a disappointment.) It does look like some deferred maintenance is starting to catch-up, too. Pancake maker was not working. Drip in the shower. Coffee maker in the breakfast room was inconsistent. Having said all that, I would stay again. I suspect many of my concerns will be addressed before peak traveling season.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife to ski and snowboard at 7 springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain. Great location close to dining places and bars with live music, coffee shops, bakeries, ski rental places and a snowboard/ski shop within a few minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.
