I went to the lady at the front desk who was talking on her personal phone and I asked for some toilet paper for the room and she said they were out & there was no alternatives and she continued to talk on her phone. The room was dirty with food cakes on the handle. Very uncomfortable to sleep at. "

"This hotel posts quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, but I was woken up at 3:18 AM by noise from the next room. First came loud TV audio, followed by doors slamming, objects dropping, and an alarm going off twice, etc. After an hour of this, I called the front desk. The woman who answered was impatient and told me that this time of night is when many guests head to the airport. I said I understood that, but suggested they could at least politely remind guests to keep the noise down. If your flight isn’t in the middle of the night, I’d recommend being cautious about staying here—you may not get a good night’s sleep due to poor soundproofing and indifferent staff."
