“The property was pristine. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were wry comfortable with foam or feather pillows and blackout shades. Modesta at the front desk was particularly helpful and deserves a shout-out. We are coming back this way in September and will be staying at your property again.”

“Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!”

While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience.
