All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, made us feel very relaxed during our stay. The breakfast here was absolutely fabulous with everything there that it stated was there. We also had an afternoon tea booked for after our small wedding and this was excellent and so was the lovely Maria who served our champagne and made sure we had everything we needed. Above and beyond expectations and we were not rushed at all. There is plenty of parking for guests and the grounds of the Hotel are stunning. Lots of photos of that! We would definitely stay again to give us more time to explore. Also, we would book a bigger room.

On arrival staff at desk friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent as was our cocktails. Restaurant staff were very accommodating. Good quality breakfast on both days. We were happy with our room (16) although there was motorway noise they had excellent double glazing. One negative was noise from upstairs bedroom. We were kept awake until five in the morning! Someone seemed to be walking round, maybe they couldn’t sleep ( it was hot) When I reported this to reception next day the young lady told us there was nothing she could do. As there were no other rooms available to swap. A small gesture of maybe food or drink credit would have been nice, as the noise did spoil our first night. Nothing was offered.

Had a great stay room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff were great apart from a couple at breakfast hardly spoke when I spoke to them and very miserable not one smile and I have an infectious smile.

Really friendly staff that can’t do enough to help you. Hotel was clean and tidy as was the room. We had a family room which was spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to freshen up the mattress on the sofa beds as it wasn’t the comfiest sofa bed I’ve ever slept on.
