"Unfortunately, our stay ended before it even began. Shortly after arriving, we found what appeared to be bed bugs in the bed. We immediately took photos and brought them to the front desk. The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. ..."
