Fue una buena estancia en general. La ubicación es conveniente y no tuve problemas importantes. Sin embargo, sí considero importante mejorar algunos aspectos de atención: 1) No se proporcionaron toallas para secarse. 2) Los baños se encontraban algo sucios y el personal no verificaba si hacía falta papel higiénico, jabón o shampoo. 3) El agua caliente de las regaderas no funcionaba. 4) En la habitación donde me hospedé había una telaraña bastante grande en una esquina del techo, lo cual fue un poco inquietante.
Finalmente, el tema de la facturación también podría agilizarse, ya que me comentaron que estaría lista al día siguiente pero solo me dieron largas.
Ojalá puedan tomar estos puntos como sugerencia para mejorar, ya que el lugar tiene mucho potencial.

Everything at my stay was awesome, from the staff wich were very helpful at all times to the property, is very well located with bars and restaurants nearby. Overall Design is really cool with plenty of space to hang. Definetely will come back again.

Staff was amazing I got robbed a block away from the hotel and the guy at the front desk helped me with making the police report and and even let me borrow a computer to block my cards and phone, but the hostel was dirty and outdated the sheets in my bed had hair and a lot of lint he said that they were clean that the hair was probably from the cleaning lady but it was a lot and the bed is very uncomfortable not to mention that the bathroom that I was to use since I got a private room was not working so I had to go all the way upstairs to the other one.
