This is perfect for maybe just a couple. I had originally reserved it for three people, but I don’t see how three people can stay here, there is also no AC but the fan provided is as enough for me. Absolutely beautiful, great location. Highly recommend.

Water stinks like sewer - drain at shower was clogged and flooded part of the room no room service unless you sent a e-mail and maids ignore me when I ask for help -bed had mattress missing only has box spring with a pad horrible condition stiff and ended up with body aches-I checked out and moved to another hotel the next day when I ask the person in charge she had a lie for every issue example the water stinks like sewer smell she immediately said impossible because the hotel has water filters ! People don’t fall for the fake hotel reviews I never said anything bad about any hotel I stayed in the past I chose this place for the convenient area and made a big mistake! I FO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL

Está en un buen lugar y accesible para ir a cualquier punto pero lo complicado es la recepción ya que no hay nadie y todo se hace por email ya que los teléfonos que tiene en el anuncio resulta que son personas que ya no trabajan para esta empresa y entonces la comunicación es por email y luego al final te pasan un WhatsApp para tener una comunicación más eficiente. Solo es para mí un inconveniente, por todo lo demás está muy bien

Mejorable la limpieza de las colchas, dar por lo menos una botella de agua, hace calor y un ventilador no es suficiente. Me agrado la ubicación y que es seminuevo el edificio.

Todo muy bien, siempre muy atentos a la llegada. El acceso es completamente personal, lo que facilita todo (solo recomendación en mejorar las instrucciones para la llegada). El lugar es amplio y con limpieza.

En general esta bien el lugar y su ubicación. Tiene dos áreas de oportunidad muy grandes, la primera es que durante los dias de estancia que estuvimos no hubo agua caliente, el nivel de respuesta quedo por debajo para realmente poder solucionarlo, así que toco agua fria. El segundo es que la habitación guarda mucho calor y el ventilador del que se dispone es apenas suficiente, estuvimos en invierno y estuvo bien, pero en verano el calor debe ser insoportable, para que tengan esa consideración.

El depa súper lindo, lo mejor de todo fue que estaba muy limpio, tanto el depa como sus áreas cumplió al 100%. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Y en recepción muy amables y atentos. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este lugar. ❤️
