"In a past life, career, I stayed at La Quintas all the time, had all my team members stay there, my of my has the quality behind the desk to place itself. After being on the road for almost 7 hours with my daughters ages 4 and 6, all we wanted was a quick check-in, polite staff and a nice bed and breakfast. The check-in was not an enjoyable experience, stated with the room rate being $197, almost $98 more than advertised. The man that checked us in, was not friendly, slow as a turtle with an upset stomach, customer service was the last thing on his mind, etc... I could go on, but we would have been better off at a Motel 6."
