"Completely ridiculous. This four-star hotel is very well located, extremely clean, and has all the features you would expect from a four-star property. The hotel itself is great, and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. The only problem is the 35,000 KRW per person fee to use the pool, plus an additional 15,000 KRW for one umbrella and two chairs. What makes this even more ridiculous is that these fees apply even to hotel guests. You would expect the pool to be included for guests staying at a four-star hotel, or at least offered at a reasonable rate. Charging hotel residents these kinds of fees for access to the pool is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable."

"룸은 매우 깨끗 하고 만족 스러움. 감점 요인은 - 엘리베이터 등 공용 공간이 좀 더웠음. 특히 주차장에서 엘리베이터 대기 공간, 엘리베이터 안이 더워서 밖에서 들어올때 너무 더움. - 2층에 홀이 있는데 무슨 행사가 있었음. 한국 행사라 이해는 가지만 밤 9시넘어서까지 안에서 노래 부르고 있었음. 방에서 들리지는 않음. - 카페, 수영장 등이 오후 6시인가 일찍 끝나서 밤에 이용할 것이 별로 없음. - Gym은 수건, 물 등이 없어서 가지고 가야함. 수건은 그렇다 쳐도 근처에 정수기 정도는 있었으면 함. - 풀은 매우 작아 어린이 노는 용도 밖에 안될 듯. 간단히 운동용으로 풀을 쓰려했으나 시간도 그렇고 작아서 이용 불가"

"Great Value Resort with a Fun Water Park This resort was an excellent value for our family road trip through Jeolla Province. While there are now many newer resorts and water parks in Korea, this place still offers a great experience for the price. Helpful Tip for International Travelers: Most Korean water parks and hotel pools require proper swimwear and some form of head covering, usually a swim cap. Many places will also allow a baseball cap or rent you a swim cap for a small fee. If you plan to use the water park, come prepared to avoid any inconvenience. Also note that water park and bathhouse access requires an additional fee like $20 for bothe access to water park and bth house, which i find it very fair value. The resort has beautiful mountain views and good amenities. Our room included a basic kitchen with cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. There are also restaurants on-site. Although the resort is older, the rooms appear to have been updated recently and were comfortable and clean. The water park was plenty of fun for our family, and overall I would rate the experience 9 out of 10 for value alone. Even if you don't use the water park, this is still a worthwhile stop for travelers passing through the area. As a bonus, there is a dinosaur footprint site nearby, known for having one of the highest concentrations of dinosaur footprints in the world, making for an interesting side trip during your stay."
