โImmaculate hotel, the view from the rooftop hot tub is amazing, all the staff were superb, breakfasts were brilliant and then to top it all off the gastro evening at Dvora was even better. Marcelo is the greatest server we have ever had.โ
โStunning hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful and we had our own sun terrace which was great. Spotlessly clean and beds were very comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, thought the guitar player was a nice touch. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. Surrounding area was quite at night and only a 5 minute cab or 15 minute walk into Benidorm strip. Just a 2 minute walk down to the beach too. Great weekend break and would definitely stay here...

โVery friendly check in staff who helped us change our room to a lower floor and staff in restaurant were also very friendly and helpful both at breakfast and dinner. Hotel is ideally suited in the old town of Benidorm. Will definitely be back.โ
โExcellent hotel a few metres from Ponientes Beach. Close enough to the old town Comfy rooms with nice balcony and excellent varied breakfast and dinner

โLo mejor de todo es la comida y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Para repetir sin duda alguna. Aunque la piscina no es muy grande, al no ser un hotel masivo, es suficiente. Sรญ que pedirรญa que controlaran la prohibiciรณn de fumar y vapear en la piscina, ya que la gente se lo salta y nadie les dice nada. El hotel es excelente.โ

โAbsolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different.โ
