One of the best hostels have stayed at. Very clean, modern, beautiful kitchen. Great staff. However, there are challenges if you do not have a car. The distance to the train station going into the city is really quite a walk. Taxis are not always available. So I advise you MUST make arrangements for staff to pick you up at the train station and you must make arrangements at least one day in advance. They need to arrange to have an extra person on staff in order to be able to pick you up. There...

Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly.

It was very easy to access, checking in checking out. I did not realize that it was a self check-in service and there is no staff with booking. This should be made more clear however a very easy affordable and convenient stay for one night.
