"We reserved a room with one queen bed. Got a room with two. One bed had sheets that were dirty (stained). There was a dirty sock left behind the bathroom door. The shower/tub was not clean - had mold. No face plate on a couple of outlets. Exposed drywall on one wall. Told the customer service person at check out and they had no response."

"Property is in serious need of remodel. Main lobby area was ok but our room was run down with cracks in ceiling and stained toilet. My sister was next door and her room never got serviced and there was smoked joint on her patio. Unacceptable. Thankfully we were on the first floor because they had sign posted that elevator was not working. Some in our party had ac issues on the higher floors. Two medium coffees will cost you $10. Front desk staff was rude. Will never stay here again."
