“Hilton completely ruined my honeymoon. After paying an additional $115 to upgrade from our original room, the very first thing we discovered upon entering was a mini-fridge filled with leftover drinks and trash from the previous guests, complete with messy crumbs scattered inside.

“First, as many guests mentioned, the blanket on one of the two beds had a terrible smell. Inconveniently, I called the condo company, not the hotel, to request an exchange. What was even more terrible was that I extended my hotel stay for an additional day and had paid for it 5 days in advance, but the condo company did not notify the hotel of this, so I could not enter the room. I felt pathetic at myself as to why I had booked a beach view for 6 days at this hotel that had neither room service...

“Our Unit was incredible everything was as advertised the scenery was beautiful clean unit big enough for a family of 6 only negative thing was the stove it took forever to heat up and there wasn’t a oven for the price we payed we were expecting to cook and enjoy a meal in the unit but that wasn’t a option other than that I would highly recommend staying there ”
