"Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations.
Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions.
Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed.
Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good.

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"
