"The pool and access to beach front was very convenient. However, our room was directly in front of the bar/breakfast area so from 0715 they had music already playing so it would be difficult to sleep in. The curtains are also light so the rooms were bright early on. There were no PowerPoints near the bedside table and the showers were sandstone flooring, both of which was inconvenient. I would ask for a room away from the bar to have a little more privacy and quietness."

"we booked another hotel and stayed there due to various things 1. no food allowed by pool 2. no drinks allowed by the pool 3. the room made all our clothes smell damp 4. unlike Thailand the welcome when we arrived was poor. carried our own bags no welcome drink just a reception tell us the rules of what we cant do. the hotel itself is a good standard, but it's very Western you could be in benidorm so that's a personal thing that we didn't like. the food we ordered when we arrived was cold. we did not complain or talk to the staff as it's just a waste of energy. we just went to another hotel not a terrible place but certainly not for us and would not go back"

"A truly wonderful hotel in every aspect. We stayed for 3 nights as a couple and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future."
