When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort."
