"The rental was great all of our guests were so impressed with their rooms and common areas. The staff was great, pleasant, helpful and full of advice for our visit. The rental was clean and well maintained. We had a great visit."

"Promised a free shuttle. Then was left hanging for 2 hours at the airport. When I called like I was asked to she said she already drove by amd didnt stop. Then she hung up. I called again to see if anyone was coming or not and was informed she'd be there soon. 2 hour delay and Sherrie or Sherly was so rude. When I asked why she didnt stop she claimed she thought she already picked me up. She never even slowed down or stopped to see. When I complained to management and asked to speak to the owner I was told id get a call back as theres no night manager on staff. Still no call this am so I called again and was offered a 35 dollar refund. Never staying again and still wouldn't let me talk to management."
