“The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. “It’s my second time i stayed 2 days last year it was pretty good so we went this year again for wedding anniversary This hotel is better than the others in tunisia but not international quality The worker gave me less change cause he doesn’t have it’s not big but i felt bad he didn’t even try to give”

“When we first got there, the checking in was absolute mess. No order, people pushing to get up to the counter. When there, they ignored you until I had to forcefully say, hey I am here. And the stench in the room was awful. I had a hard time sleeping. I would wake up almost gagging. Out of my 3 weeks in Turkey and Tunisia, this was the most negative situation I had. Now having said that, the place was beautiful and the food was good. So gave it 3 out of 5.”

“Very clean and beautiful hotel I would definitely come back for a longer stay next summer I just loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back and stay and enjoy it at the fullest”

“Lovely people , very Nice and kind staff”

“Je suis très contente et très satisfait👍👍🙂”

“Great hotel”
