It was a decent room, you can tell that they are trying to keep the property up. The only complaint I have is that the room stunk of cigarette smoke, but I knew up front that it was a smoking room because that was all they had! I would stay there again if I’m in there location.

Parking was good, AC and room over all was good but there was a lot of noise outside with loud music and people walking by talking loud during the night. Obvious illegal happening in few of rooms .

Very nice hotel

This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it is older but very well maintained. The rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable and the front desk attendant was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up having to stay a 3rd night so I went right back to Relax Inn. If ever in Hampton again this is where I will stay.

Good but slippery when wet.

Overall good stay. As others have said its a decent place to lay your head. Only complaint is that it rained and the ground outside is very slippery. I slipped and fell twice. Fortunately I am okay but there were no wet floor warnings.

The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. I stayed in a room with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the sunrise was an experience I won’t forget. The staff at the inn were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest felt like family. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat in Virginia with stunning views, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Relax Inn. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. I will definitely be returning!

The bed skirts were dirty, the refrigerator, the telephone and the light switch face plates. I cleaned the face plates with soap. The base boards were dirty as well. The staff was very friendly. Water was leaking around the sink. I would not stay again even though it very close to the coliseum.

The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service.
